Resolved Question: What would you consider the best place for me to relocate to?

I'm not particularly worried about a booming job market in any certain trade, and I don't care about night life. Nor for 'big cities', although I'm impartial to the brightness of lights. But I'm just looking to relocate to a smaller, quiet town. But it is definitely not constrained to those limitations. I'm apolitical when it comes to my environment, and I don't care whether people are conservative or liberal, but that being said, I don't enjoy unenjoyable people in any circumstance. I really have very few preferences which makes it hard to decide, but a few places that have interested me are Quincy, MA, Boone, NC, Charleston, SC, and Colorado Springs, CO.
