Resolved Question: how can i get a criminal record removed to joing the marines?

In 2005 my brother and I got in a fight with two kids in quincy MA. we beat the bag out of them. Unfortunately my brother thought it was a good idea to kick one kid in the face. granted he was barefoot, we were both charged with Felony A and B. Assault and Battery.
